To place an imaging study order, referring physicians can access the physician portal by clicking the link below. The portal will streamline the ordering process and will also provide a central location to view current reports, images, and historical patient results.

Orders for patient imaging can also be faxed to Innovative Radiology at (515) 222-0544.
Imaging reports and diagnostic assessments will be provided to referring physicians within 24-48 hours of the imaging procedure.
